breakfast, lunch & dinner


steel cut oatmeal, strawberries, cinnamon, brown sugar and a splash of milk, with a mug of jasmine tea.



smoked turkey, dill havarti (the best!), tomato and lettuce on organic seven grain bread.



teriyaki chicken and asparagus over soba noodles, sprinkled with sesame seeds, inspired by an Everyday Food recipe of shrimp and asparagus over soba noodles in the current issue.



rhubarb crisp made with rhubarb from a friend's garden. eaten while still warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. the best part is that i have three more of these in the freezer!
