we had our first broccoli harvest last night. look how tall it is! she is clearly amazed.
she alternated between giving it little pats and saying that she wanted to eat it. some of it went into our miso ramen dinner last night and the rest will turn into cream of broccoli soup later today. it was the tenderest broccoli i've ever eaten. loving this front yard garden!
