we are thinking about making some pepperoni, since we eat pizza every week. anyone have a good recipe?
also, we had a breakthrough with rolling the pizza dough out and using cornmeal on the pizza peel instead of using parchment paper. it was a very thin crust, yum!

ReplyDeletei've looked a bit online for a pepperoni recipe, but most include chemical flavor enhancers, so now i'm looking for a good charcuterie book at the library. when we make it i'll definitely do a post about it!
