That breakfast looks AMAZING. Eggs benedict is one of my favourite things in the world but I never make it as i am scared of making hollandiase sauce and don't like the ones that come out of a packet. Never had asparagus benedict but i love asparagus so i'm guessing it's pretty delicious! Looks like a lovely (if wet) weekend. We are now having snow showers here after last weeks sunshine...English weather!! xx

ReplyDeletei use the pintos just as i would use a can of pintos from the store. i usually sauté them in a little olive oil with minced garlic. then serve them over brown rice with salsa, cheese, veggies, leftover chicken, etc. it's a lot less expensive than buying cans and my jars aren't coated in bpa like commercial cans.
